The ProfilPASS certificate is the document that is obtained after several days of counseling and which documents, develops and reveals the skills and abilities that you have acquired during your life and which cannot be documented otherwise.

This certification helps eventual employment, development of a comprehensive CV and socio-economic integration through non-formal and informal learning.

Counselors certified by the German DIE Institute (German Institute for Adult Education) will help you identify and assess your skills. For more about this institute, follow the link: https://www.die-bonn.de/institut

All returnees from Germany or other EU countries are invited to apply and benefit from professional counseling that will help you reintegrate into the labor market in Kosovo.

These counseling are offered by the organization "Environment & Youth Capacity Development" within the GIZ project - SoRi III (Social Inclusion of Disadvantaged groups in Western Balkans).
